Grapefruit Seed Extract....

I have a friend (anti-vitamin/supp and non-athlete BTW) who swears by Grapefruit Seed Extract for general health/well-being....

Does anyone here have any experience with this stuff....

I've been using it (per his recommendation) for several months and believe he may be onto somthing....or it may just be in my head (posting for your take).

it's a pretty good antiviral
topically at least
can cause probs with those sensitive
lots of uses
not too much info out there on it
