Do you do any high rep stuff for tests, after DE squat take a decent weight and see what you can hit for a set of 20 or something, I once did a set at 365 for 15 after 9 sets of speed squats.

Can also use things like pushing a wheel barrow (sp?) filled around the yard, extra workout with doing reps up to 100, do as many as you can the first set like with push ups or DB presses or tri ext, see how long it takes you be able to do fifty the first set and then resting for less than a minuted, do another set to failure then another etc... until you hit 100.

Get with someone and try like a lactic acid tolerance training day, like 20 sets of speed squats with only a warm up and no other supplementals, mix it up.

Stay away from high rep deadlift movements, they will kill you...
