GP ok for blood work?

so I went to my GP a few weeks back for feeling generally shitty all the time, making painfully slow gains and the gains I actually do make are usually hard to keep. So he sent me for some blood work, but now after doing some searching here I'm wondering if I should consult an endo before even going for the tests? Or am I ok with what the GP has sent me for? I have the script for the bloodwork right here & the tests he specified are:
CBC w/diff (Hgb,Hct,RBC,WBC,Plt,Diff)
RPR(Dx) w/reflex Titer & FTA
Test, total
TSH

what do you guys think?

I'd add free test to the list.

Maybe LH too..

You didnt mention anything about cycle history, but i'd still add those to the list if I wasnt paying for it.

If you've never cycled before, and not paying for it, try and add everything hormone related test you can, so that the results would serve as baseline levels.

definitely do LH, FREE TEST and prolactin estrogen levels.

oh yeah forgot to mention I've never cycled but planning to as soon as I can get a source that can get me exactly what I'm looking for

so at this point should I go back to the dr and just tell him I want the extra tests or just see if the test place will just do the extra stuff anyways? Or just see if I can get referred to an endo?
