Well, thanks for the "no offense to Mr H," hehe. I don't take offense, but I'll explain myself and my moderators as we all agree on the following...

We run a tight ship, it's for everyone's safety. Zero tolerance is the only way to go nowadays. Being a mod here I can tell you that we try to do that here but due to the amount of members it gets out of control and everyone bitches at us.

In my opinion, if every board had a zero tolerance policy 90% of the guys who have been busted would still be around. I think people get too lax and think everything's okay. Then we let our guard down and a good guy gets fucked.

You may call it strict, but I call it safe. Look at all the legal trouble floating around on this site alone. It's not a safe game that we're in and everyone should be extremely careful with what they say.

That's just my opinion. Maybe I try to be too safe. Maybe I'm too anal, but I know that I'll never be in legal trouble

I will give an amen to that.People,things and times are changing.Things are becomming increasingly volatile out there,and most of this is due to the blatant advertising of both sources and members all over various boards.I have long said that if you rub the governments noses in what you're doing for long enough,eventually they will start to take notice and pull your card.It's time to start being more careful,even on these 'grey-area' items-period.
