Got to get my head together...

Silent Method

New member
I've had a rough post cycle. My therapy, HCG and nolva followed by clomid seemes to have worked well, but circumstance (a new temporary job and the holiday season) has squashed my training and diet.

I also had a bout of terrible food poisoning - immediately after HCG and nolva. I lost 15 fucking pounds in a day!!!

I've gone from feeling like king kong on d-bol and test to feeling like a fat, small little pud.

I'm one of the first people on this board to spout off that one must master his or her diet and training in order to walk the path to our goals. It's the first day of the new year and I've realized that my diet SUCKS SHIT and my training is stale.

I vow before all of you here and now, this is my time to take the reigns. I will rededicate myself to the unyielding pursuit of my ultimate body. In 2003 I will reach a new level beyond what I have ever achieved before.

There is absolutely no way you can lose 15 lbs in 1 day. Unless of course you took a 13 pound elephant shit

Yeah you could. Food poisoning... depending on what variant of bacteria caused it... could cause a violent(short-term)illness. It would mostly be water loss... which you gain back in the days following.

Keep your chin up SM. Within weeks, you'll see the actualization of your goals.

Hell, I've worked in the past in such a way that I'd lose 10+ pounds in 5 hours - 15 pounds in 24 hours while violently ill is nothing extraordinary.

Yeah, I know it was mostly water (and the entire contents of my digestive tract), but I know the extreme dehydration didn't do me any good as far as holding on to new formed lean mass.

Enough whining, here's where I'm at: I'm re-instituting a complete meal plan and diet log. I will track weight daily and bodyfat and several size measurements weekly. After I hit the gym today, I'm spending the rest of the day piecing together an "integrated multiple variable split" routine.

The beginning of the New Year is a great time to regroup and begin fresh. Forget about the past and move forward now.

"There is no tomorrow, do it today"

Good luck bro.
