got the equipose...question on dosage..

i got the 200 mg/ ml equipose...i am planning on doing 400 mg a week....is it better to split it into 2 200 mg dosages on say sunday and thursday, or is one 400 mg dosage once a week just as effective?....i am also thinking of adding 200 mg of test cypinate per week to keep up my sex drive....any input is greatly appreciated.

You would be ok with one inj per week, but if it were me I would do 2.

why not split...at one shot a week of eq you wont even feel like you're doing anything...The shots let you know you're on cycle

Why the hell would yall split those two? They are both fairly slow acting so it doesnt matter at all. Do your ass a favor and only stick yourself once a week.

now i don't know what to do...realistically...is it more effective one way or another...i am a puss and need to have my friend stick me...so once a week would probably be the better option for me....but i will only do once a week, if it isn't less effective then twice....thanks for the reply's

Like Zyg said, once a week will do you fine. Eq stays in your system for weeks so doing two shots per week will not be any better.
