By the time I'm 19, I'll be able to suit up, wrap up, put a belt on only go to parrallel with my feet pressed against the rack and hit at least 3x bw. And I won't look like a fat ass. Shit I'll squat the way I squat now, totally raw out in the open not even a t-shirt on ass to grass, and hit 3x bodyweight by the time I'm 19.
i admire anyone who can put that much weight up no matter what their body weight is. that is truly impressive. I just have to wonder what it does to their joints and such. How much pain will they have in the future, ya know.
