I got sick because of work, my hours at work have changed to 12 hr shifts 4 days on 4 days off, I gotta figure out out to schedule my workouts, also keep feeding my self every couple hours because I rarely leave the office, need some ideas on what to pack for my meals for 12 hrs, I lost 7lbs in the last week, haven't made it to the gym that long also. wanna finish my dbol and deca but I stopped my cycle due to my work schedule, man my body is messed up because of work. any advice would be appreciated
