Hey guys. About 6 months back, I was pestering you all to give me tips/hints on my diet, and supplements that I'd be taking.
Since then...I've really dedicated myself to losing bodyfat, and not be as concerned with strength. In the past month...many things have happend that started to cause me to lose motivation for the gym. I needed SOMETHING to give me that motivation back. So I figured I would get my BF% taken again. And well...let me tell you....it was the boost that I needed! I just thought you should all know that since Febuary, I've gone from 22% BF, to 16% BF. I've also increased in strength pretty substantially at the same time...how exactly I don't know.
Today marks a year to the day that I started working out seriously in the gym, and focusing on losing weight. Since then...I've gone from 262lbs and 26% BF, to 212 as of today.
Not only that, but I've increased considerably in size, as well as strength. I just thought you should all know that just when you start thinking about all those hours we sweat/kill ourselves in the gym as a waste....you look at all the progress you've made up to that point....and for me....I say KEEP GOIN!!
