I did an EndoScreen to get a good baseline before my next cycle. Thought it was a good idea so I know where I should be after post-cycle recovery and at 35, wanted to see how my T levels were holding up.
In case you don't know what an EndoScan is, it is a product from Sabre Sciences. They send you kit in the mail. You basically chew on these pieces of cotton every four hours for 24 hours and get them full of your saliva. FedEx them back to Sabre and they do a Male Hormone Panel, including test, cortisol, electrolytes, and DHEA.
Here are my results, if anybody has some experience interpreting them, let me know. I talk to their doc on Friday about the results. I was clean when I took the test except that I had just started some Clen.
Electrolytes all looked pretty good. Potasium a little low.
Cortisol levels all looked good although a little high at 8am and slightly evevated at 8pm
DHEA-sulfate was on the low end of the normal scale. Can I get this up with oral DHEA supplements?
Test ranged from 219-239pg/ml. Their normal range was 95-650. 95 seems like a very low end to me. At 95, I think an anemic girl scout could probably kick my ass. The low 200's for me seems a bit low but not bad for 35. I will probably dip low enought to get a script for Test cream in a couple of years.
Not sure if it was worth the $200 bucks but it gives me a little piece of mind that my T is at an ok level. THoughts?
