growing

I'm in my last week of a Test 500mgs/wk & Fina 75mg/EOD cycle

I just Got my blood work back--Ive never had it done so I dont understand the numbers:

the only numbers that were out of range (high) were:

SGOT (AST)- "64"
(normal is 5-35)

SGPT (ALT) - "63"
(normal is 7-56)

what do these numbers mean??

what should I do about them??

ast and alt are liver enyme measures. your levels are nothing to worry about considering you use gear and probably consume higher protein than the average person. ast is more affected by resistance training, muscle breakdown, high protein intake and alt is more correlated with liver stress from drugs/toxic substances. most bodybuilders have higher levels of these enzymes, just ask others

It is not uncommon for your tramsaminases (AST, ALT) to be elevated during or after such a cycle. In all likelihood it will reverse itself a few weeks afer end of your cycle. I would repeat those tests 1 month after the end of cycle to make sure. BTW any alcohol consumption close to your blood testing?

growing, not a doctor but I posted these liver tests on a thread called "Blood Test - Liver enzymes and what they are".
I noted a number of things that can elevate these. Mine were not much lower than yours and I never did a cycle and only drink alcohol rarely. I do train heavily though.
Other things like ECA,NYC,excess creatine, hard training, excess protein, not enough water caused mine most likely because they ran lots of tests like every hepatitis tests and an ultrasound on all my internal organs among others and they ALL came back negative. Basically, the Doc just said "cut back on the supps some" and take another blood test in 4 weeks.
You need to find out if the other liver tests were out of range (mine were not) like:
LDH
ALKP
GGT
TOTAL BILIRUBIN
INDIRECT BILIRUBIN
CONJ BILIRUBIN
