Got labs back Hemoglobin count way up, anyone ever have this?

Did some post cycle labs and everything was pretty good except for my Hemoglobin count, 20.9 mg/dl and cholesterol 207.

I was wondering if anyone had experience with this? I did some research and it seems fairly common with AAS use, but I cant remember seeing a thread here before.

The Dr. actually mentioned removing a quantity of blood as a solution. What do you all think?

Thanks!

i bet this is more common than people think because many guys do not run bloods.

you need to lay off AAS until you get these numbers back in line. when your doctor says to give blood he is talking about your blood being too thick so yes there is truth to this however over the long term you cannot depend on doing that .. the only thing you can depend on is cycling off for however long it takes to get your numbers in line

coming off cycle and recovering your HPTA isn't just your goal, its also about getting your lipids in order. unless of course you don't give a shit about your health long term. btw those that strain their lipids will have a tougher time being healthy, having good libido, sleeping, etc etc. which in term will be counter productive to building muscle. so don't think that sacrificing your health is gonna pay off because it won't long term

Thanks for the answer Steve. When I did a little research I did find that it is probably a more common thing for AAS users than we think. Actually I got into the habit of doing bloods because of your advice!

You are also right about the blood being too thick She put me on a daily dose of aspirin and we will redo bloods in a month or so. And yes I will be off cycle for a while until everything gets back in line.

Thanks agian!

i wouldn't run aspirin bro as a lifter. she is ignorant when it comes to bodybuilding. reason being is aspirin is an anti-inflammatory and over time it will prevent your body from healing small injuries that you don't even know about. which will then cause small lingering injuries to become possibly chronic

recently i had laser oral surgery and my dentist gave me pain killers for them to take for 2 weeks, and I explained to her that i was a bodybuilder and refused to take them and she was shocked that i would turn them down but when i explained why she understood and instead gave me some licodaine mouth rinse instead.

in your case swap out the aspirin for n2guard instead. the stuff really works. my lipids even after tren came out clean
