is there any scientific evidence showing that dostinex may help with ADD as well as many other things? Just read the report on it and twice a week for something that helps with other issues some of us face sounded pretty good.

no i dont think meds are the answer for EVERYONE. and it also isnt something to jump right into quickly. we waited almost 2 years and 3 schools before putting my son on anything. im glad we did because it was a combination of bad schools and needed meds.if we would have put our son on what they wanted to put him on at the time he would have been a zombie. now he is on 1 medication and it works wonders. yes i agree ADD and ADHD are over diagnosed thats why its up to us as parents to do our own research into it before jumping to meds right away. my sons doctor #2 told us to research before we decide. his first doctor wanted to go right to meds after only 1 visit and it wasnt even close to the medication he is on now. scary how some of these doctors work.
