Well I've been finishing PCT of a X-tren/Winstrol (injectable) Cycle. Did Xtren for 6 weeks @ 90mg and Winny at 10 weeks @ 1CC EOD. Gained 18lbs and hardened up pretty well. On 3rd week of PCT Nolva, Formex and other supplements. Have kept most gains but lost a little which I figured was the water from the tren. Now I found out I have tendonitis in the forearm. It started right at the end of my cycle and I tried to work through it but it got to the point where I couldn't even open a jar of PB. Doc says I need to rest minimum of 3 weeks. What should I do to not lose what I've gained. It seems like I'm stuck to cardio and legs. Never been injured before while working out so wondering how to keep what I've gained if I can't lift.
