just read a thread about twice a week injections, im doin deca/test and i need to kno if twice a week injections r better than once a week, thats all i need to kno lol, its test cypionate by the way, thanks guys

The answer really depends on how many cc's you are taking and personal preference. My guess is that you are taking at least 4cc's (400mg Deca, 400mg Test?). About 2cc's is sufficient for each site (glute, quads, delts) plus splitting the shots may allow better absorption by the body.
