OK, I know a lot of bros here wanted to know the effects of T-Bol on lipid values and liver values and what not. Well, today I got bloodwork back after having used tbol. I am submitting this information in the hope that it helps people, but I will mention here (see end of page) that my case is not exactly ideal for a number of reasons.
Results:
After only 2 weeks, tbol brought my HDL from a shining 60 to 12. Triglycerides rose to 177. ldl lowered (??) from the already low 87 to 77. (wtf??) the only elevated liver value was ALT (SGPT) which was at 76. Iron was just under the normal range at 36. Platelets went up to 438. I know some of these values are typical steroid-induced fare and some are more t-bol specific, but i figured i'd list them all.
Key Conclusion: TBol, like a lot of the 17-alpha-alkylated steroids, seems to do a number on HDL.
Confounding Variables:
1) this is my first time doing bloodwork. so i can't really say tbol fucked up my cholesterol worse than some other compound.
2) i ran t3, and a bit of accutane throughout as well. btw, TSH was way the fuck low as well, which is to be expected of course...
3) i only ran tbol for 2 weeks, the first at 40mg ED, the second at 20mg ED. (Strength gains were so great I ended up overtraining my anterior delts and had to ramp it the fuck down.)
4) Test E was also being run though I doubt that had kicked in yet. I DID NOT run an anti-E so that is NOT the culprit for cholesterol.
5) btw i'm 21yrs old
6) i think i'm quitting gear cuz i'm in this game for health. quitting orals at least, sheesh! [email protected] EDIT: if u know what to do with EDIT: whatever's left over (had next few cycles set up...lol).
