How hard is the knot? How red is the knot? How hot is the knot?

It's possible you have an abcess, but we won't know unless you give up more details, bro.

I was using winstrol, I took it in the glute. Used 25 g 5/8 inch. its not very red but just slightly red and a little warm. I massaged the area after injecting maybe not long enough.theres a little knot but not big. I took it saturday night and went motorcycle riding a good bit sunday, maybe the riding caused it to get aggravated not sure.I 've injected plenty of times in the glute but this is the first time this happened.

My opinion, not long enough pins, not deep enough. You should try some 1.5".

Chief your pin was way too short. Most would suggest 1.5 inch pin. You need to get the pin into the muscle and with a 5/8 I can't see that happening. Just keep an eye on it and if you do Glutes again use a longer dart.

For the gluttes you def. need a 1.5 in. pin....no doubt about it. There's your problem. Not deep enough.

I use a 1" everywhere, but a 1.5" in the ass.
