I usually drink a shake as soon as I get to my car when I finish workingout and drink my shake, but I was wondering, are you supposed to wait a little while or am I doing it right, like I always hear "The first half hour after you work out it is important to take in as much protein and some siple carbs to replenish your muscles" so does that mean wait about a half hour to drink the shake or what?
