Got a new job. :)

A colleague of mine is leaving his current firm, and we are going to start a firm together. He will be bringing all his clients. This is going to be the best job I have ever had. It will be the best paying, and I will actually like the partners...lol. The only downfall is that he has to transition out of the firm and it will be about 2 months for the start date, but definitely worth waiting.
I finally had a little luck. Yeah!!!
 
Heather, you have more luck than you know. You will see in time, this situation you're in now, will be a blessing. Bad thing happen to bring us to the path of good.
Congrats on the new job.....all will work out for you :-)

Back now. Thank you everyone for your well wishes. I'm so psyched. I can really see myself staying in this position until retirement. I will be working with a very good friend of 10 years doing work that I really enjoy. =-)

I don't know about having you as a nanny. Kid will be singing "I like big butts" and watching Seymour Butts by the age of 3...lol.

Actually, I do look like I'm just getting fat right now. I'm in that really akward stage where I have gained weight but stomach isn't round enough to tell Im prego. I wear huge clothes to cover it up...lol. No way am I posting a pic. I would get destroyed. lol.

Yeah, it was a bad year. Sometimes you gotta just "keep on keeping on" and never loose that part of you that is still a kid, idealistic and optimistic.
