ah, i see. benzos are highly addictive (as you know) and i believe the max dose for xanax is around 4mg daily. if you need to come off of them, you should taper off under the supervision of a physician. detox from benzos is not pretty.

yup. when i go cold turkey i get anxiety attacks. like bad ones. got one in Walmart today doing some shopping for the center. the only thing that got me thru it was knowing i had a bottle full in my car. fuck, i'm stoned right now.
