goodmorning's

i have a question about the form. i can do a goodmorning perfectly with a broom of course lol. but when i work up to a heavier weight the bar likes to shift around on my back. it wants to roll off when i'm at the bottom part of the lift. is it supposed to do that? i know you're supposed to keep your head up and looking straight but where exactly should the bar be on your back?

I had to change the bar position to the top of my traps instead of the lower end where the bar is placed during squats. otherwise the bar would have shifted too...

exactly. get the bar lower. you can't hold it on your back like an oly squat, this will f*ck up your neck. you need to get the bar lower, across your traps

Interesting, even for oly squats, the bar is on my traps not my neck/back. I just don't have flexability to roll the bar far enough down for lowbar squats, unless someone helps me put it there.

you got me wrong. I had to move the bar higher to have good form with the GMs.
