It all depends on carry over for me.

The bent ones help my deadlift, the arched ones help my squat, the straight legs hit my hammies, the 36" ers help my deadlift, the seated help me stretch and work my abs.....

For general hypertrophy, you really don't need to worry about all that.
 
Squat Gm's help my deadlift alot

Arch gm's help you stay steady throughout your squat and make sure I don't tip forward

Straight leg gm-they just work my hammies like no other except GHR

Zercher Gm's-these just suck but man your arms and core get tough quick
