My new is just simple blue colored mouse pad. Much thinner than the old one. It's actually pretty good.

I use a stack of printer papers as a mouse pad even though I have a perfectly good black one right over there *points a foot away*. However, it is too far for me to reach...the real mouse pad, that is.
