good workout routine?

Hi all i'm 17 and just got a membership to this gym and am looking to bulk up. I'm 5'8 142lbs and am looking to get to at least 165. I was wondering if anybody could tell me if this is a good workout plan

Mon-Chest+Back
Tues-Tricepts+Shoulders
Wed-Bicepts-Legs
Th-Repeat Mon
F-Repeat Tues
Sat-Repeat Wed
Sun-Rest
*abs Mon-Sat

Any advice is helpful and I'm open to recommended work out routines. Also what are your opinions on creatine.

48 hours rest between pushing exercises
72 hours rest between pulling exercises.

Example of the rest between the exercises:
Chest/Tri's
Back/Bi's
Legs
Shoulders/Traps/Calves
etc.

Alot of people are going to recommend the 5x5 for you. I know I would. You will put on size and strength quickly. Both you need for a solid base. This is what I am doing. I am re-establishing my base - if there is such a thing.

Creatine is a good supplement. I would recommend reading up on some of the new technological advances with it. I would read up on some of OMEGA's informative threads concerning CEE or http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/s...rawmcc-magnesium-reacted-creatine-580390.html

Read up then Ask questions.
