Hi all i'm 17 and just got a membership to this gym and am looking to bulk up. I'm 5'8 142lbs and am looking to get to at least 165. I was wondering if anybody could tell me if this is a good workout plan
Mon-Chest+Back
Tues-Tricepts+Shoulders
Wed-Bicepts-Legs
Th-Repeat Mon
F-Repeat Tues
Sat-Repeat Wed
Sun-Rest
*abs Mon-Sat
Any advice is helpful and I'm open to recommended work out routines. Also what are your opinions on creatine.
