Hit 3 new PR's in the gym last nite - Supplementation free, I might add..

What lifts did you set the PR's in??

I cant wait to go on also. Should be starting around Christmas.

Flat Bench - 430 (had done b-4 but at a higher bodyweight)

Dips - set of 12 with 90 pound dumbell

Military Press on Smith - 310 for a single.
 
Inspiration to all us little guys. Set a personal record for myself too but I'm not gonna say what it is. Kinda puny in comparison.

I learned a LONG time ago, that the only competition should be with yourself.

Post those lifts.

Alright. Keeping in mind that my bench has never been impressive by anyone's standards.... I did 205 for 5 reps. My spotter is a personal trainer and he said I had the best form he's ever seen.

edited to add that that was my last set of bench. I'd gone to failure for 3 sets prior with lighter weights.
