i've recently started PVL Mutant Mass -
Calories: 1050 Protein: 52g Total Carbohydrates: 170g -Sugars: 29g - Fat: 18g -Saturates: 3g [per 260g serving /4scoops]
along with USN Muscle Fuel - Post w/o
i've also revised my diet, and re-designed my training program, so far i've managed to put on around 9Lb (over around 15 days,) with a consistent gain of around 3-5Lb weekly,
i haven't managed to get my BMI, BF% read in a while, but i am guessing its taken me up to around 15/16% - 179Lb
the cheapest place ive found the PVL + USN, is Ebay, i've had to reduce the servings to try and make the Tubs/ Bags last longer! (my first USN muscle fuel lasted me 13 days! and at nearly £50 a bucket i had to reduce the servings)
I would deffinatly have to reccomend both products, but i am highly impressed with the PVL Mutant mass, Good stuff!
That's pretty much a bucket of sugar.
