Hey to everybody, its been a while since i posted. I want everybodys opinion on whats the best way to warm up for Bill Starr's 5x5 routine. I really want to get into powerlifting. I have a feeling that my knees are weak and i want to get them very strong. One more thing, my gym does not have any hyper extension machine, is there any other exercise i can do to replace these.
