Im looking for a decent filling, low fat, low carb meal to follow my cardio sessions. Immediately when I get home I pound a whey shake w/milk. Then about 30min after that Im pretty damn hungry, to the point where i NEED to eat. Any suggestions?
Personally I've recently developed a taste for Chefboyardee ... pretty low in fat and not to bad with carbs, and heavier on the protien than you'd think ... pour a can in a bowl, stir in a cup of frozen veggies, nuke for 3 - 4 minutes and eat.
or you could always go with a spinach salad with tuna or something.
