Good online resource for Crum diet

I did a search but mostly brought up topics related to how well the diet works for the person and not how it's actually done!

If anyone could provide any good online resources it that would be cool

A ketog is 75% Fat and the rest is protein.
Make some search and you'll see this is completely different!!;)
 
Notketo at all...

Im eating almost 50-110g of carbs per day from veggies alone...

uhm... actually it's exactly the same as an atkins diet, only with modifications to the amount of carbs taken in after working out.

sorry, you should get a clue.

"crum" is nothing more than "atkins" with modifications to carb intake after workout.
 
Did you read the book?
You don't limit the fat on Atkins , it is actually the basis of the diet and Crum's diet basis is Protein.
2g Prot /pound Bodyweight is NOT a keto or I've been missing a lot.
Keto= 85% FAT 15% prot
6 day like this and one day High carb not fat (for CKD)
