Going to be a really good day. Bout to take my morning walk and get some :coffee: THen come back here, relax a bit, burn some CD's and get all dressed and ish for the Giants game. Then my cousin is coming here from home (always an adventure) and we're all gonna check out some sports bar for the game. I think some chick from work is meeting us there - body is a 9.7, face is a 5, and intelligence is a 1 - a rock. Even I won't sleep with her. Anyway, then gonna come home and get ready for a concert tonight at like 10 or 11.

Of course - it's Columbus Day man!

I plan on taking it as slow as possible, without looking like a total boring doucheface. It's gonna be tough to not get all "chop a girl up and put her in my trunk then perform autoerotic asphyxation on myself" and stuff. But I gotta keep it low for the back.

Sidenote: I've been getting into the Lost Boyz again recently. not sure why, but they were fucking good

My gf and I are taking my dad fishing. It was her idea. She's a country girl and knows how to clean and cook the fish. I definitely love her.

She didn't steal it. I just assumed that because I don't trust women. She loves me and I love her. I haven't been this way over a woman since my ex wife. I don't even like to leave her side. I haven't worked out all week. Been having so much fun.

Sore as shit from a new training regimen & then standing around the infield at a mini stock car race last nite and I want some coffee but I have to leave while some realtor is showing my house for an hour. Then I'm coming home & taking a nap.

The Red Sox did well in the playoffs.

The only thing worse than what the Yanks did - is having the 2nd highest payroll in the elague and NOT make the playoffs. lol, embarrassing

They had a good run, I would agree...I like to see other teams have a chance anyhow every 10 years or so. Enjoy the Giants, I hate them too :)

No, I'm pretty sure you can ask any objective fan and they'll tell you what the Yankees did with their 200+ million payroll was much worse. Yankees are just not built for the playoffs. They really need an overhaul in pitching.

I disagree. It's the EXACT same principle - this is what I hated most about Sox fans. They cry and cry about the Yanks payroll, YET, they have the 2nd highest payroll in the league and (besides the Yanks), ONLY beat teams with lower payrolls the year they won it all. And don't tell me "Well, um, but, the Yanks payroll is really high". Using the basic principle that Sox fans use to whine about the Yanks - money = wins - one can only conclude that a) the Sox bought their ring and b) the Sox 06 season was beyond a colossal failure.

How does that not make sense?

That aside - I've known for the last few years that we will bomb in the palyoffs. It's clear that we were not made for them. We did better this year with $ - we got Abreu for DIRT cheap and he is a very good role guy - he's a line drive hitter and will do whatever the team needs. Worked in Melky and Proctor and Andy Philips. We just didn't have the heart. I don't know how, but we didn't. We need Billy Martin back

NEW YORK FOOTBALL GIANTS! I could have went to the game but I've been to so many games that I rather watch the games on TV, unless it's a huge game like a playoff.
