I am officially over trained, exhausted, whatever. Every sunday, I'd go run sprints but was planning to take yesterday off. Well, my good friend wanted to do em so I agreed. Shoulda stayed home. Pulled my hammy on my 3rd 40 yarder. Now I just feel sicker. Gotta take a break for a little while. Time to eat oreos, ice cream, and donuts. I think I read that is the perfect remedy.
