what about your training, rep range 10-15 and supersets or continuing with low reps high poundages

I wanted to use EQ but my provider just has gone to holidays so that I tried it with Winnys, hurts as hell but my biceps are getting really massive, suppose it's due to the local irritation, but Winny is supposed to give a scarcy tissue, well let's see
