Just in from the wires. Dallas released QB Tony Banks. Looks like its " In Quincy we trust". Not like Banks was any good, actually he sucked. His pro career is most likely over now.

Banks just sucks, he flat out didn't make the team, and was cut.

Yes, Seattle signed Dilfer to back up Hasslebeck. The funny thing is he caught a one year deal for a cool mil. Which is about double what there starting quarterback is making. Don't be suprised to see him take the team over early to mid season.

I'm actually happy to see Carter in over Banks. Carter is unproven, but Banks has proven he can't get it done. It should be a long year in Dallas.

Emmitt is easily one of the most durable backs in NFL history. He has ony missed 2 games with injury since '95.

He has only missed 2 games period since '95. Are you sure your not thinking of Michael Irvin? I've never heard of anything shady associated with Emmitt...

Not sure where Dgreenhill is coming from on the E. Smith deal. The guy plays with pain. He does not ride the pine.

It was going to be a long year of pain for us Dallas fans anyway. Our GM has no football know how other than spending money.
