I just got tumescent lipo done on my chest, abdomen, & flanks area 3 days ago. I have lost 1 inch on my waist (went from 36 inch to 35 inch) already even though I am still swollen. If I lose an additional 1 inch I will be satisfied. My surgeon said he removed approx 2 Liters of fat from me. I will write a complete detailed account in a few days if anyone is interested. I have never had abs and now for the first time in my life I can see a faint trace of abs, hopefully with proper diet and training I am eager to see the results.

I got it done in the middle-East since I work here so its a lot cheaper. It cost me around $2500.00.
Here is the update so far(10 days post op): I am still swollen and waist size is back to size 36
