Good Late Night Food

I'm searching for some ideas for low fat, high protein foods I can wip up quickly at night when I get cravings?
It has to be non-dairy (so no cott. cheese!) and I'm sick of Protein shakes.
Any ideas?
 
CHICKEN BREAST...
i cook up 15 at a time and leave a couple in the fridge.... You can eat it by itself or in a salad...
It is really good cold! Might be able to find some low calorie sauce to put on it..
 
Yeah its just I keep on turning to cereals late at night which is a major bad.
Gonna stock up on the ol chicken breasts.

Any kind of red meat, very slow digestion. If your worried about the fat just get the 95% fat free ground beef. The chicken would be fine too.

It is hard to eat all the time though, I'm with you on the cereal late night though, always get the worst cravings at night, damn captian crunch.

6oz. lean meat, and afterwars slug down 20-30 g fiber.

As far as meals go, i dont eat any thing after dinner except for friday and saturday nights howevr for a snack you can get the fat free sugar free jello and add some of that joint stuff, you can get it at safeway, its in a little cannister and its a powder, tastes good and has no carbs, and the powder has about 8 grams of protein per serving.

I understand the fiber slows down digestion... But it makes you shit, right?? So would that be a problem?? Ya know, like waking up in the middle of the night to drop a deuce/??
