Good idea?

Hey,
I just got back from the gym, and i was so sore and beat from yesterdays workout (i just changed my whole routine) that I felt my first couple of sets weak. I decided to pack it in, and go tomorrow, when i can get a more intense workout. Good move?
 
Yup!

A large degree of your workout is mental ie listening to what your little voice in your head then pushing past those (body talking)" please stop your hurting me" "oooowwwh" (you in reply) " shut up and give me five more!!". So with this in mind taking a day off when your mentally not up to it is a good move. I believe your brain and mind are in control over your matter so if you brain etc ain't with it then = crummy workout!. I say good move bud wait till the morrow then give it your all and two more!;) :p
