good cycle?

What are your stats ? How many years have you been training ? What are your goals ? We need more info

I'm 21 years old. I'm 6'0'' 190 lbs. I'm just starting out lifting and I'm looking to gain some size and lose some body fat. I want to get a dosage and cycle where I'll see gains, but not not gains that are too drastic. I plan on working out 5 times a week, one day upper the next day lower.

It can be hard to lose bodyfat and gain mass at the same time. You really have to have your diet fine-tuned and stick to it. Too many calories and you'll get fat and hold water, and obviously you don't want to eat too little or you won't make nice gains. If you're holding fat right now (which I assume you are since you said you want to lose BF), try cutting carbs out of one or two meals COMPLETELY for two weeks. If after that time you feel like you are losing muscle, add some more carbs (a portion or half a portion) to your diet until you feel stronger. If you feel like you're losing some fat but you're still building muscle then go ahead and start your cycle.
You said you don't want "drastic" gains so I'd stick with an anabolic compound. I really like winstrol because it provides great strength gains but keeps you hard as a rock. EQ is also great, but you'll have to watch your diet because it can increase your appetite. I've never tried Anavar, but I've heard it is amazing and can actually accelerate fat loss as well. Here's some basic cycle outlines (and remember to finish up with clomid therapy):
1)Winstrol: 50mg/day for 6 weeks
2)EQ: 400mg/week for 10 weeks
3)Anavar: 40mg/day for 10 weeks
These should work wonders for you and you can also stack any or all of them, but it really depends on your diet and training. I can't emphasize enough the importance of getting your diet right...it will make or break your cycle! Best of luck.
 
Put your test and deca in a shoebox in the back of your closet, lift steadily for at LEAST one year, develop a solid diet, then consider doing a cycle...keep researching on this board, and after one year, you'll know how to run your first cycle of test/deca

sust 750 mg week 1-2 then 500 mg for week 3-10
Deca 300 mg
try to get some winny.....

You need to fix your diet and training before you worry about AS. A lot of guys on here are adamant about training intensely for years first but I only waited a few months.

Hang out on the training and diet boards, buy a few good books, test your bodyfat and set/attain a few goals first. I went from 180 lbs @20% bodyfat to 182 @ 9% in about two months. That doesn't sounds like a lot until you do the math. I gained over 20 lbs of muscle in two months by training naturally and eating well.

You don't need AS right now.
