"Good" Cholesterol

I just received my phisycal exam result and it said my "good" cholesterol extreemly low -14 and they recomend to take Niacin over the counter and retest in 2 month.
I would appreciate any info anyone might have about the subjest or the cause, I'm 28 205 bf 9 to 10% I just finished my first cycle of deca winny and GH

Get on Flax Oil, No-Flush Niacin, Kyolic (formula 102) and a product by "Now" called Cholesterol Support (their new formula with Policosanol). Also take TMG, B6, Folic Acid and EPA/DHA. This would the best you could "naturally."
