almost at least.... From the CDC 2002 STD treatment guidelines
Ciprofloxacin 500 mg, single dose
Azithromycin / Zirthromax 1 gm single dose (you can go to 2 gm)
Doxycycline 100mg 2x a day for 3 weeks, go for 4 if you think you may have had something for a while which is recurring
will knock out what almost anything that can be knocked out

If I were you I'd go have your doc run the gamut. Test for G&C, HIV, HSV1 & HSV2 (herpes), HPV (genital warts), RPR/VDRL (syphilis). You'll have to have blood drawn, probably at a lab. It will take about a week to get the results back. Sometimes you can carry an STD and not have symptoms.
As for what you should take...keep taking the Cipro...and call your fucking doctor! Chances are you wont need to take anything else. If youve started a course of antibiotics dont fucking stop the course. And, dont start a course of antibiotics unless you have the full course to take. How many times do I have to say it before you listen?
Maybe from now on you'll be more careful.

HIV can incubate for 6 months or longer. Many times you can get an STD and never show symptoms, you'll be a carrier and can spread the infection however. If you haven't been tested in a while...go get it done.
And, it is possible to still acquire HIV even when wearing a condom!
Herpes (the gift that keeps on giving) can be spread during oral sex.
Oral herpes (HSV1) can be spread to genitals.
My point is...it's good to get tested, even if you think you're clean.

What are your symptoms? Chances are that you have the clap as this is waay more common than gonorrhea. I caught the clap before, and I had symptoms 1 week after it happened, discharge comming out of the end of my pisshole, and weird tingling, weird colored urine too. I took doxycycline for 2 weeks and everything was fine. The doctor told me that there was one strong type of medication that you can take that can cure it in 2 days (forget what it was called now).
Make sure that you tell the chick that you caught this from. Women quite often dont get sides from this, (most of the time the only way they find out is through men telling them after they have had symptoms), and it can spread fast in a women and they can become infertile. My doctor didnt give a shit that I had it (she basically thought that I was a scumbag), but only cared that I track down the girl that gave it to me and tell her to go and get tested. I couldnt find her though, (she could be still out there spreading it).
The bad thing is that you will have to get the "SWAB". Not to freakin fun man! You will also have to get one for a follow up. You should probably get the whole deal tested for everything, it will probably give you some piece of mind. Consider yourself lucky if it is just the clap, and not HIV. I know that condoms suck mam, but its just not worth it. If your gonna wham-bam, then wrap your ham!

Go to a clinic, and get tested bro, and get some Doxycycline! This is not an STD board. It will be cured in a week. Dont fuck around, (and literally dont fuck around). phulgin, this is not something you should try to solve by self medication. You need professional help, go to a doctor.
About 16 years ago I had similar symptoms, I though it would go away by it self. Boy was I wrong, I waited long time before I went to the doctor (feeling ashamed). Eventually it took me more than 3 months to get rid of it.
