What a hoot!

I do see quite a few bears in my hikes where I live. Have run into several mama bears with their cubs and can attest to their protectiveness!! They mean business, have been close enough to hear the noise they make with their teeth. We have one with 3 cubs, one with 2 and one with one cub in where I live. I make plenty of noise when I know they are around.

Yep, that's him! I went to San Francisco for their opening game vs. the 49'ers...not much of a game really--but Alacatraz was fun!
