Does anyone know if there is a site on the internet that has the golds gym shake recipes, fuck they taste awesome, i have no idea what they put in them, i saw a site a while back and they had recipes.

I drink the vanilla or chocolate bomb at my house. You just put like 12 ounces of milk or like 8 ounces of milk and 4 of water, a scoop of sugar free frpozen yogurt, a frozen banana and a scoop or 2 of protein powder, vanilla or chocolate. It nmight be 16 ounces of liquid but you canj just experiment with that.
