some guy(s) have the lab in a sterile environment and make their gear there. could be a nice garage, could be a nice room.

This is pretty terrifying if you read it and so are other comments about people having "sterile places" where they make their products. Why anyone would put anything made in either a third world country with no standards or in someones home even if sterile is beyond me. There are no pharmaceutical companies that make anabolics for athletes and they make them in a LAB. Not someones home or a sterile room etc, but in a full lab that costs more money than most people can imagine.
