Going with the '05 Tacoma

Be a man and get a full size. Nothing less than a 1/2 ton will do. You never know when you will need the extra capacity. The first time it happens you will say to yourself why the hell didn't I get the 1/2 or 3/4 ton or the long box etc.

I disagree entirely. Unless you are a contractor or have a boat/rv to pull no fucking point in a full size. just another dork with a small penis is what i think when I see somebody in a full size that does not need it. I've had mid size trucks (and i do construction work) for a few years now, no need for a full size whatsoever...plus doesn't rex live in nyc? wtf is the point of a monster truck in a city

My last vehicle was an '03 Silverado Z-71 V8. I liked it but it was impractical for my needs. Gas killed my wallet on top of that.

Philly, but NYC is a possibility in the future. If Matt's company takes me on.

The guys I work with that have 4.8l Chevys get outstanding mileage.

Up to 18mpg city and 22-23 hwy.
