Going to the gym in an hour, need an arm workout

Which of these replies is not like the others? ;)

seated incline db curls.. both hands at the same time - superset that w/i moderate weight reverse curls w/ an ez-curl bar.. 3 sets

seated incline db hammer curls 3 sets

2 dropsets holding the double rope attachment on the cable station

fin.

at the end, do some heavy one arm db curls w/ more weight than you can curl.. just use the eccentric portino of the movement

I prefer 5 sets per exercise (1 warm up set) 8-10 reps per set.

Heavy Deadlifts followed by Pendlay Rows from the floor w/ a supinated grip. Another good arm exercise is Reverse Grip Pull Ups.
 
While we're on the topic.....can anybody tell me how I can gain 5" on my arms without gaining weight or lifting anything heavier than I am now?

I was just gonna start buying smaller under armour shirts to wear to the gym (ones that match my visor of course) to make me look bigger, but they don't make 'em any smaller. (I already buy extra small in youth sizes)
 
Oh thats easy, just buy 2-3 of em, and wear them all at the same time!!! No one can tell if you buy them all the same color!

One of the guys at the gym yesterday walked in with UA socks and arm covers, along with his usual shirt and wrist pands (pull up to the elbow). Do people really walk out of the house thinking they look good?

And on the UA.....lol, I've been on a kick all week, I was at a Mexican restaurant over the weekend and some guy (on a date with a girl no less) struts in wearing a skin tight UA shirt, lol
 
wow, al, when you mentioned deads and rows in that thread, i thought it would be trashed... i was surprised that some sense prevailed

Anytime I see a post like that I reply to gain about 30 pounds of LBM.

My arms are much bigger since July - but its overall lbm and limited arm training - not by killing them with high reps

The best part about that show was that there was no mention of synthol - just steroids As though lots of steroids made his arms that way :rolleyes:

Doo rags can be tolerated as long as NOT one is the following is present : fanny pack, clown pants ala Joey Buttafuco, anything spandex, daidy dukes, or combat boots.
 
so what workout did you end up doing?

I save the leg warmers for when I'm going undercover into the aerobics studio to reclaim my beloved reebok steps & swiss balls
