Going to start a GH only regiment

becouse of primo, eq, anavar increases collegen so that makes your tendons stronger and help repair if ive understood.

Test and so on, acutally makes you more phrone to injury and while increaseing your strength and that your phrone to injury the chance is big. thats why some people add deca, primo,eq to bounce the negative effect on collegen that test has.

correct me if am wrong people.

Deca is the only roid ive ever heard to give any joint relief, and its only temporary at that. All joint problems return off deca

wat exactly are ur injuries/tendon issues?

list

Current issues:
Tendon reattachment of a partial tear of the medial epicondyle tendon ("golfers elbow") 6 months ago. Still bothers me and I havent even touched a weight yet. Gotta get this shit cleared up so I can actually work out again, cycle, etc.

Past issues:
3 rotator cuff surgeries from 2002-2003, doesnt bother me now and probably wont be an issue unless I decide to enter strongman comps, which is never going to happen and I am just going to ever do bodybuilding type workouts and no powerlifting stuff.
Slight miniscus tear left knee 2007. Wont be an issue unless I decide to get into MMA or something, obviously wont do that so its fine.

Ive been hard on my body in the past but now that Im 36 Im looking into proactive therapies such as GH for joints and connective tissues.

glucosamine and chondroitin and HGH or any HGH releasing peptide would not hurt, and would probably help. HGH does increase connective tissue

"increased GH availability stimulates matrix collagen synthesis in skeletal muscle and tendon, but without any effect upon myofibrillar protein synthesis. The results suggest that GH is more important in strengthening the matrix tissue than for muscle cell hypertrophy in adult human musculotendinous tissue."

So Im interested in GH primarily as a tendon/connective tissue strengthener and it seems to fit the bill better than anything Ive researched. So I am going on just GH at 2iu/day for at least 6 months then will get full bloodwork done. If all is well I will continue on indefinetely or as long as I can afford it. Looking forward to a little fat loss/muscle gain but really dont care about that aspect. This is strictly for joint/connective tissue purposes due to me multiple surgeries Ive had over the last decade.
opinions?

You will also notice some nice fat loss over time too even at the 2iu.
I think you will love HGH.

Does anyone know how long it takes the tendon and joint benefits to take effect?
