hey guys today is leg day, do you guys ever smoke up on leg day?
i find that i get great back and leg workouts slightly stoned as my concentration goes through the roof, i dint get messed up but ill smoke like a 2$ chunk and i find it works great!
i find when im doing something like leg presses or squats that i really push myself to the max!!! and im usually sore for like 5 days after i love it!!!!
im not syaing that smoking weed is good, im just saying that in moderation marijuana can help you push yourself hard, and with good control i munch out on good food like tuna, beef, brown rice ect. i think it realy helps
btw: i also heard that it lowers bp, but im not sure that would be good for the body while on dbol/sust/drol or anything like that
