good post, I think that anyone who DEALS in drugs like H, ecstacy, coke, etc should be locked up. Look at AAS, they are drugs that people use for self-betterment, to get high, but it is a natural high off of the physique or cuts that you are gaining.

AAS don't deliver you from reality and they certainly don't cause any harm to those besides yourself(unless one goes on a halo rage).

"Deals" is a term that can be taken out of context, when we are talking about US Drug Laws. Alot, if not most guys doing time, are there based on the ASSUMPTION of dealing. All that you need to meet the presumption of dealing(posession w/ INTENT, or Conspiracy) is to posess an amount which is usually SO SMALL, that hardly anyone qualifies for mere posession. Hell, you don't even NEED any amount whatsoever to qualify for a "Conspiracy" rap. My point is, is to not assume that everyone doing time for selling drugs was actually doing so. I'll give you a brief example: Heroin is sold in small "stamp bags" in 1/10th gram amounts. Say you get caught with 15 of them, hypothetically. That's only 1.5 grams, but from the way it is packed(15 individual bags), would definitely get you a "w/ intent" tag from the Cops. That's hardly any huge amount, no matter how shitty of drug heroin might be brother.

Dude, of course it should be a criminal offense. X is a dirty drug that is way to easy to get. X will turn your brain into swiss cheese. Kids are using this drug at ages as young as 11 years old - thats F**ked up - kids that age don't know what bad for them nor do the have the foresight to care about the long term effects. Somethings need to be kept off the streets. 3-5 is harsh but pending on circumstances. It harsh if he had 20pills and is getting such a steap pnenaltiy but not harsh if he had 100 pills or more and was a multiple offender.

House Arrest

Miami, (funny Im in Orlando, close brothers)
House arrest doesnt officially start until the end of this week for me. Just got done wiht court on Fri. so I odnt know all of the details/regulations that I have to follow. I do know that I can work at a job. NOW, if I have to get a job at a gym(just so that I can work out), then so be it. But Im into Real Estate currrently, so Im not sure how my schedule will end up. I do know that I have to get a dedicated phone line for probation. Did you? Im federal and not state so im not sure if I will be getting an ankle bracelet or not.

After talking to a friend of mine, whose son used X and Viagra at age 14 at parties... Very f..ked up...

There is no place for X out on streets... Unless punishment become harsh, the use and distribution of this drug becomes wide spread...
