Unless it is violent acts like murder, kidnapping or rape, you are pretty much guranteed just probation, fine and community service.

If your lawyer hasn't opened this up to you, you are being shafted up the system by him. At 19, no one should be serving 3 years, unless you have prior felony offenses.

Exactly. If you have been involved in this before, you might be screwed, but a first offense will be looked upon as an opportunity to give you a second chance. Do it again... and you are superfucked. You will serve 15-20 years.

One thing you might want your attorney to do is try and move the case to a different court. Make sure your attorney and the judge are real good friends...My wife has been working for an attorney for 15 years and they talk among each other all the time about cases bro. If your attorney and the judge are good friends, i think you'll have a better chance at getting probation. I hope it's not too late bro. Another friend of my wife's told her the same thing and she works for the DA's office.

No Way. ulter cleared me up on this one. With 600mg weekly test, and ESPECIALLY 50mg dbol daily, 1mg a-dex daily should be your MINIMUM. People tend to say "go w/ lower doses" cuz the shit is so damn expensive. (Thanx Ulter...)

Hey bros...if you read the LAW forum on this board then you know the predicament...well i am going to do one last cycle...its either gonna be my cycle for going to Jail or if I get out of everything then its my cycle for celebrating at the beach...

As others have said, if you have no strikes on your record, you should be in the clear.....providing you have a lawyer with a pulse.

Don't let your lawyer screw you, get all your charges plea bargained and reduced......it's on you to speak up.

Man I'm in the same boat your in. I go to court Mar. 18 this is my third felonie I have a cycle waiting to be popped in to but I'm waiting to see how things go. I also live about 5 min. from the beach. If I do go it will be ok I've done time before. You just have to do the time and not let the time do you. Last time I was in there I was doing around 600 push ups a day and 500 sit ups plus some crazy excercises that I don't even know how to explain. Since I wasn't aloud weights we would make water bags and work out with those. Not a great place in my life but what ever happens bro make the best of it. I as well hope to be swollin the beach. -peace-

You have to explore a plea bargain. I was looking at 7 years for 1,4 butaindiol. I got it down to 1 year continued without a finding, a LADAC assessment and 70 hours of community service. If I got charged with anything during that year they were going full speed ahead. I did the LADAC assessment the first week. One of the best experiences of my life. I took a week off of work and did all 70 hours of community service in a soup kitchen. It looked good to get that done fast.
*It didn't hurt my chances of getting the plea bargain when I produced Rick Collins results on a similar case proving 1,4 isn't an analogue to GHB. My attorny showed the DA.
**Side note. I got a Grand Jury indictment at my parents house on Christmans Eve.
Here we are a little over a year later an my record is now completely clean. Live life with a purpose to improve yourself and trouble seems to go away!!!
