From Jan. 29 to MAy11 approx. 3 and half months ill be in Italy. However, I'm concerned because i feel as though I lose alot of muscle because it will be hard to fit in 6 meals and days and I'm probably only gonna be able to lift 3 times a week, plus im gonn abe drinking probably a good amount. Do guys have any suggestion in what I should do to keep alot of my size. Thanks
