I feel stupid...I am graduating in 9 weeks with an MBA from UOP which my company paid 20K for and here I could of waited for this thread and been hooked up for some K..... =(

Also, am I right in assuming that it is as simple as filing the articles of incorporation and then requesting tax numbers to report quarterly income to the IRS and state. State income tax is 5% in Oregon. If I am located in Oregon but provide and do business in another state, say Washington with no income tax. Do I have to pay corporate tax. Fuck my head hurts. Ive been reading too much.
Just its damn easy to do the incorporation deal. I got the marketing and billing side down and the procedures I do but just the setup

Question, have you looked at incorporating in Nevada? Several friends have incorporated there and have avoided their own state taxes etc....you get an actual address, phone number, etc to use....might be the better option for you.

Ease and convenience are important to me of the documentation. I am in a time rush as well so I can drive to the office and have the paperwork done on the spot and pay my fee.
If I mail stuff in it delays things by weeks.
Its a quandary for sure. I can handle paying some state taxes
